秋季饮食原则

YUANZEYI、YINGJIKUZAO

中医学认为,苦性燥,苦燥之品易伤津耗气。《素问—五脏生成篇》中言:“多食苦,则皮槁而毛拔。”秋季燥邪当令,肺为娇脏,与秋季燥气相通,容易感受秋燥之邪。许多慢性呼吸系统疾病往往从秋季开始复发或逐渐加重。所以,《金匮要略—禽兽鱼虫禁忌并治第二十四》中以五脏之病,五味和四时之间的生克制化关系,提出“肺病禁苦……秋不食肺”的观点。因此,秋令饮食养生应忌苦燥。

YUANZESAN、GANDANZIRUN

古人有云:“厚味伤人无所知,能甘淡薄是吾师,三千淡薄从此始,淡食多补信有之。”可见素、淡结合的饮食,对健康是有益处的。《素问—至真要大论》中说“甘先入脾”。在五行中脾胃属土,土生金,肺肠属金。甘味养脾,脾旺则金(肺)气足。甘味食物又有生津的功效,而咸味食物则易使人出现口渴之象。《遵生八笺》还指出:“秋气燥,易食麻以润其燥。”就是说秋季6节气干燥,应当多进食些如蜂蜜、芝麻、杏仁等性滋润味甘淡的食品,既补脾胃又能养肺润肠,可防止秋燥带来肺及肠胃津液不足常见的干咳、咽干口燥、肠燥便秘等身体的不适症候或肌肤失去光泽、毛发枯槁的征象。
